This is a very intimate, sacred 1-1 container with me where together we will dive deep into what is keeping you from actually healing and moving forward.

HOW DOES A SESSION WORK
Each 60 minute virtual session will be intuitively guided and is tailored specifically for you and what is required at that time.
I will bring all of my tools, modalities and skills to the table and you will bring your open mindedness and a willingness to take radical responsibility for yourself and say ‘yes’ to change.
It can also be helpful to spend 10-15 minutes prior to your session in reflection and considering what you specifically would like to work on together, sometimes making a few short notes can be helpful with this.
Each session will begin in sacred space and open with conversation so that you can share with me where you are at and where you would love to go.
From here, it’s Spirit game’s and we follow the yellow brick road to uncover what is keeping you stuck and seeking!
